    Abstract
This essay discusses the importance of accountability and admonition within a Christian ministerial context. Treptow examines the theological and practical aspects of pastors admonishing each other in their ministerial duties, emphasizing the significance of doing so in a spirit of love, humility, gentleness, and respect. The paper highlights the challenges and implications of such admonitions, focusing on maintaining doctrinal purity and unity within the church while fostering personal and spiritual growth among pastors. The author stresses the delicate balance between providing constructive criticism and preserving the dignity and respect of fellow ministers.
