dc.description.abstract“The Theological Education by Extension (TEE) program is designed to train African lay workers in theological studies and in practical church work in the village setting.” The TEE program has a special curriculum based on programmed learning. This method of learning allows for self study by breaking the the content down into short capsules. Those enrolled in the program study throughout the week, but meet with a teacher once a week and at a seminary once a month. This program of study allows our African church to train pastors who may not have a high education level. It also promotes continuing education among church workers.en_US
