dc.description.abstract	Professor Tiefel, in his 1990 article, explains how the liturgy can be a useful part of mission outreach and church planting. He shows how the roots of evangelicalism eschew liturgical worship and how liturgical worship aligns well with Lutheran beliefs. He explains the importance of doing liturgy well and intentionally in order to convey the truths of God's Word well.
