In this essay, Pastor Ehnert examines the beliefs of modern millenialists and determines that with their emphasis on forcing the Scriptures into literal, earthly predictions of the End Time, what they have really “left behind” is the simple gospel truths that Christ died for the sins of all, that we are already living in his kingdom, and that on the day he returns all believers will begin a joyous eternity in heaven.
