Abstract

In his essay given at the Convention of the Northern Wisconsin District of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod June 23-25, 1986, Professor Eggert presents the principles of the development of the Christian Worship hymnal along with explanations of the new hymns and liturgies. He also includes information about the sampler which preceded the publishing of the hymnal.
