How are individuals appointed to positions in the public ministry? What is the relationship between the office of pastor and that of other public ministers? What is the relationship between the pastor and pastors in his own fellowship? What is the relationship between the pastor and the right teaching church to which he belongs? What ought to be the attitude the pastor in a right teaching denomination holds over against pastors and theologians who belong to wrong teaching churches?
